Jenn Litz has spent 24 years inside software companies as an early operator, an executive, and now a founder of two of her own.

She grew up in her family's software business and has lived through every major technology shift since the DOS era: Windows, the Internet, mobile, cloud, and now AI.

This site is her practice: Litz Advisory for founders, leaders and companies learning to adopt AI, and The Lab, the internal innovation division designing and building intelligent products, agents, and business systems.

She writes "The AI Cut" and lives between her lab and studio.
